Council for the Homeless

Serving Clark County, Washington, Council for the Homeless is dedicated to providing opportunities for individuals and families experiencing housing barriers, while honoring their personal dignity and maintaining public trust. We offer subsidized housing to approximately 3,400 households—about 6,800 people—through our properties and Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers. Partnering with the community, we deliver essential education, employment, and social services, fostering self-sufficiency and ensuring stable homes for seniors and those with disabilities. Our efforts also include developing diverse income communities and supportive housing, making Clark County more affordable and vibrant.
