What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide clerical support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Academic Affairs Office.
• Communicate: Handle incoming calls and manage external correspondence efficiently.
• Document: Prepare, process, and distribute various documents accurately and punctually.
• Welcome: Greet office visitors and assist with setting up facilities as required.
• Organize: Process paperwork and maintain an organized filing system within the office.

• Background: Entry-Level. Must be a registered student currently enrolled at Southwest Tennessee Community College.
• Experience: Must be a student approved for the Federal Work Study program; contact the Financial Aid Office with any questions.
• Skills: Requires regular attendance for the allotted hours per week, dependability, a courteous demeanor, and good communication skills.
