The Tone:

• Team: Shared on-call rotation duties
• Mission: This person maintains and repairs commercial facilities to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency for clients in the region.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintenance & Skilled Work: Perform general building maintenance, including on-demand repairs, scheduled maintenance, and work in skilled areas like light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Troubleshooting & Projects: Troubleshoot general building repair issues and provide support for small and special projects.
• Inspections & Proactive Support: Conduct periodic safety inspections and manage other proactive facilities requests.
• Documentation & Inventory: Maintain detailed and complete records of all maintenance, repair, and testing activities, including truck stock and inventory, using the work order management system.
• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain client relationships, participating in client meetings as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professional with at least two years in commercial facilities maintenance, possessing a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrating detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-managed work habits.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services.
• Skills: General carpentry, light electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, general maintenance, effective communication, time management, and computer proficiency for work order systems. A valid driver’s license is required.
• Bonus: Experience with basic HVAC filter changes, preventative maintenance support, commercial garage door repair, drywall, and light construction.
