• Team: Assists the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
• Mission: Maintains the physical aspects of the property, including grounds, common areas, and amenities, to ensure a well-kept environment for residents.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Property Upkeep: Walks the property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings from all areas, including breezeways, pools, and common grounds.
• Waste Management: Removes trash and recyclables from the office and ensures trash areas are maintained according to schedule.
• Pool Maintenance: Checks and logs pool levels daily, performing weekly vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Facility Cleaning: Performs general labor duties to clean and assist with the overall upkeep of facilities.
• Grill Safety: Cleans and maintains community grills, inspecting timers and knobs to ensure they are safe for resident use.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a focus on general labor.
• Experience: One or more years of general labor job experience is preferred.
• Skills: Ability to use various hand tools, cleaning supplies, and other necessary equipment; excellent time management abilities; effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is preferred, and prior multifamily property experience is a plus.
