• Mission: This person is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the building’s maintenance to support patient care.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordination: Manage and coordinate the building maintenance program and all required repairs.
• Daily Repairs: Execute general daily repairs, including issues with doors, lights, and paint patching.
• System Management: Oversee the HVAC, Plumbing, Security, Fire, Electrical, and Elevator systems.
• Generator Maintenance: Ensure generator compliance and schedule all routine maintenance for these systems.
• Life Safety: Coordinate NFPA and facility life safety requirements, including scheduling monthly, quarterly, and annual service visits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial or supervisory experience in healthcare building operations, combined with core knowledge in general plumbing, electrical work, and basic carpentry skills.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in healthcare building operations is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in general plumbing skills, basic electrical skills, basic carpentry skills, general knowledge in utilizing various tools, and knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.
• Bonus: Prior experience specifically within healthcare building operations.
