The Tone:
This is a full-time role at MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino’s), located in St. Louis, United States. This pivotal leadership role will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing organizational culture, focusing on achieving organizational objectives while inspiring and developing a talented team.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, St Louis, MO
• Mission: This person will lead operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing culture to achieve organizational objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
• Operations: Oversee all operational functions, including finance, human resources, sales, and customer service.
• Financials: Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams to achieve performance targets and career growth.
• Performance: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Proven track record of successfully managing P&L responsibilities.
• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business development. Experience managing multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in budget management and financial analysis, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and time management capabilities.
• Bonus: Experience in multi-site or multi-location management. Background in the specific industry relevant to the organization.
