• Mission: Own the day-to-day operation of the Austin office, ensuring a professional, seamless, and well-maintained environment for optimal team performance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Office Management: Ensure the Austin office consistently operates smoothly, is clean, organized, stocked, and maintained without reminders.
• Facilities Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for building management and external vendors, coordinating all maintenance issues, access requests, and facilities projects.
• Operational Support: Proactively seek out and take ownership of administrative and operational tasks that support other teams, enhancing overall office efficiency and organization.
• Event & Culture Management: Plan and execute company events, handling all logistics end-to-end to reinforce a welcoming, fun, and collaborative office culture.
• Employee Lifecycle Support: Prepare workstations, equipment, and welcome packages for new hires, and oversee the collection of company property during offboarding.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level operational role with core domain knowledge in office management or facilities coordination.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or similar operational roles.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; Excellent verbal and written communication; Proactive problem-solving with strong follow-through; Ability to work independently and anticipate needs; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Excel.
