What You’ll Actually Do
• Research Support: Support investment research and analysis to aid in the evaluation of investment opportunities and market trends.
• Material Preparation: Prepare materials such as reports and presentations for internal and external communication.
• Investor Communication: Assist with communication to investors, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
• Documentation & Data Management: Maintain organized documentation and data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Process Improvement: Help improve processes that support investment operations and enhance client service.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Foundational knowledge acquired through a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in investment or financial services. This role is suitable for individuals early in their career.
• Experience: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and online communication platforms is required.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking for evaluating investment opportunities and market trends; excellent written and verbal communication for preparing clear reports, presentations, and investor-facing materials; and adeptness in data organization.
• Bonus: An interest in alternative investments, private markets, real estate, or energy sectors, with prior experience in these areas being beneficial. A commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and building long-term, trust-based relationships with colleagues and investors is also highly valued.
