The Human Resources Manager – Manufacturing plays a pivotal role in leading HR at the manufacturing facility, making a meaningful impact by building strong leaders, developing talent, and fostering an engaging culture. • Team: Key member of the Plant Leadership Team, serving as the senior HR leader for the site, partnering closely with on-site Manufacturing Operations and the broader Human Resources team.
• Mission: Lead Human Resources for the manufacturing facility by building strong leaders, developing talent, fostering an engaging culture, and collaborating with operations to achieve outstanding business results.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Plant (factory) Leadership Team.
• Talent & Leadership Development: Build strong leaders and develop talent to enhance organizational capabilities across the site.
• Culture & Engagement: Foster an engaging and supportive culture where associates can thrive within the manufacturing environment.
• Operational Alignment: Partner with manufacturing operations to deliver outstanding business results and support operational excellence.
• HR Program Implementation: Ensure people practices reflect both compliance with regulations and the core HARIBO values.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, acting as the senior HR leader for a manufacturing facility.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in Human Resources leadership within a manufacturing environment, providing strategic direction while remaining hands-on in supporting associates and leaders daily.
• Skills: Strong capabilities in strategic business partnership, leadership development, talent management, culture building, and HR compliance, with a people-focused and business-minded approach.
