Property Manager for St. Louis Area | Monarch Investment and Management Group

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Management: Operates the property within its financial budget, making recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses, and grow net operating income.
• Leasing and Marketing: Ensures the property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels, guaranteeing all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant, and effective.
• Team Leadership: Directs the activities of all on-site personnel, fostering a productive and positive working environment for the team.
• Resident Relations: Builds and maintains a strong community of residents, focusing on capturing desired tenant renewals at the highest possible rate.
• Income Management: Processes all property-generated invoices promptly and manages the posting, collection, tracking, and delinquency of rental and other income.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager career level with a high school diploma or equivalent, possessing core knowledge in multi-family housing supervision, financial/budgeting principles, maintenance processes, sales/competitive markets, and local, state, and federal resident/property management laws.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a multi-family housing supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to effectively navigate industry software like YARDI.
• Skills: Strong computer skills, the ability to self-direct, adapt to change, manage competing priorities, lead and manage a diverse team, analyze and resolve conflict, make effective decisions, communicate clearly, and influence others while fostering collaboration.
• Bonus: Preferred experience includes managing communities with 300+ units and supervising 3 or more employees.
