UAT and Project Manager, GenerativeAI Product and Technology | Scalata.ai

The Tone:
This is a full-time, on-site role at Scalata.ai, located in New York, NY. Scalata AI is an agentic AI platform designed for credit and financial markets, automating the full financial lifecycle from data ingestion to decision-ready analysis. This position plays a critical role in overseeing end-to-end user acceptance testing for GenerativeAI products, ensuring new features and releases meet rigorous business, compliance, and user expectations. The UAT and Project Manager also ensures the on-time delivery of product initiatives through effective project management and clear stakeholder communication.

• Mission: Owns the quality assurance and timely delivery of GenerativeAI products by managing UAT and project timelines, ensuring solutions meet business, compliance, and user standards for credit and financial markets.

What You’ll Actually Do
• UAT Oversight: Oversee end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) for GenerativeAI products, ensuring that new features and releases fully meet business requirements, compliance standards, and user expectations.
• Test Planning: Plan and coordinate all UAT cycles, meticulously defining comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria for product functionality.
• Issue Resolution: Track all identified defects and partner closely with product, engineering, data, and compliance teams to drive efficient and effective issue resolution.
• Project Management: Manage overall project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication, ensuring the on-time delivery of product initiatives and providing clear visibility into risks and status.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with client-facing teams to actively gather feedback, refine requirements, and support the smooth deployment and successful adoption of GenerativeAI solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or Finance; foundational understanding of GenerativeAI product development within financial services, credit markets, or other regulated environments.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience acting as an expeditor to ensure the timely completion of project deliverables and testing milestones. Strong project management skills encompassing the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives. Proven background in inspection and quality assurance, validating product functionality, data integrity, and compliance against defined standards. Experience in UAT management for software or AI products, ideally within financial services, credit markets, or regulated environments, coupled with knowledge of logistics management for coordinating resources and cross-functional activities.
• Skills: Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear test plans, precise acceptance criteria, and comprehensive reporting for all stakeholders. Excellent communication, detailed documentation, and effective stakeholder management skills, combined with a meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
