Customer Contract Admin Analyst | MillenniumSoft Inc

The Tone:
This is a contract role at MillenniumSoft Inc, located in San Diego, CA. The client is a prominent American multinational medical technology company that manufactures and sells medical devices, while also offering consulting and analytics services. This role is crucial for maintaining healthy accounts receivable by ensuring timely customer payments and adeptly resolving complex financial disputes, directly supporting the client’s operational and financial stability.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Monitoring: Monitor accounts receivable balances and perform collection functions on assigned accounts.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolve customer disputes related to non-payment and conduct payment negotiations.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives (Sales), Contracts, Recon/Database, Field Service, and Cash Applications teams to identify and resolve issues affecting timely payment.
• Contractual Review: Review contractual terms and communicate these with customers and internal teams to help resolve discrepancies and obtain payment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain required documentation on collection efforts and complete all reports on delinquent accounts by established deadlines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level or Mid-Level professional with core domain knowledge in Accounting/Finance, focusing on customer support and contract administration.
• Experience: Proven ability to monitor accounts, perform collection functions, resolve customer disputes, and conduct payment negotiations.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to prioritize work in consideration of deadlines, and intermediate Excel skills.
