What You’ll Actually Do
• Field Inspection: Lead and conduct comprehensive field inspections of various infrastructure construction projects, assessing ongoing work and progress.
• Materials & Field Testing: Perform detailed materials testing and on-site field testing to evaluate the quality and physical properties of construction components and installations.
• Compliance Verification: Methodically verify that all construction practices and completed work strictly adhere to approved plans, detailed specifications, and applicable building codes.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit clear, accurate, and comprehensive daily reports, documenting inspection findings, testing results, project status, and any observed non-compliance.
• Quality & Safety Collaboration: Actively collaborate with all project teams to foster and support robust quality control measures and ensure the consistent upholding of site-specific and industry safety standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Professional understanding of the principles and practices involved in inspecting infrastructure construction projects, including familiarity with relevant materials, testing methodologies, and regulatory codes.
• Experience: Proven practical experience in conducting construction inspections, executing materials and field tests, verifying project compliance against documentation, and generating professional daily reports in a construction environment.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in applying construction inspection techniques, performing materials and field testing, interpreting engineering plans and specifications, understanding and applying construction codes, and demonstrating effective written communication for reporting.
