Director, AI Adoption & Operations Integration | Greystar
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Greystar, offering a remote work environment. Greystar is a leading, fully integrated global real estate platform with expertise in property management, investment management, development, and construction services for institutional-quality rental housing. This role is crucial for leading the adoption, integration, and scaling of AI across property management operations, acting as a central connector to ensure AI initiatives deliver real value to onsite teams, corporate functions, and clients. The Director will drive change management and enable teams to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, role-specific solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Use Case Identification: Partner with field and corporate teams to find, vet, and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities for operational pain points.
• Adoption & Change Management: Own the change management and adoption strategy for AI rollouts, driving sustained behavior change through leadership engagement and role modeling.
• Enablement & Training: Partner with enablement and vendor teams to develop and deliver AI training, standard operating procedures, and communications tailored to various teams.
• Program Management & Reporting: Lead end-to-end program management of AI initiatives, defining and tracking success metrics, and delivering executive-ready reporting on performance.
• Vendor & Governance: Manage AI vendor relationships, coordinate pilots, and support AI governance and compliance efforts across the organization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with 7+ years of progressive experience in property management operations, business optimization, or technology adoption, including 3+ years leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience leading programs involving technology adoption, change management, and process improvement across diverse stakeholder groups, coupled with a deep understanding of property management operations.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with AI productivity tools, experience leading complex cross-functional programs, strong analytical skills to define KPIs, working knowledge of AI and emerging technology trends, and familiarity with property management technology stacks.
• Bonus: A Master’s or MBA degree, or a background in program management, consulting, or business transformation is preferred.
