People Operations Manager | Legacy Healthcare LLC

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Legacy Healthcare LLC, a multi-site healthcare organization. This position supports critical HR operations, including compliance, onboarding, training, employee experience, and process improvement. The People Operations Manager serves as a key corporate HR resource, ensuring efficient and standardized processes across multiple facilities. This role is vital for maintaining a supportive and compliant environment for leaders, employees, and various HR functions within the organization.

• Team: Reports within corporate HR, collaborating with facility leaders, employees, and various HR and operations teams.
• Mission: To improve and standardize HR processes, ensure compliance, enhance employee experience, and provide essential HR support across multiple locations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Optimization: Standardize HR processes, workflows, forms, checklists, and tools to enhance organizational efficiency.
• System Management: Support HR systems, ensure data integrity, and maintain process compliance through accurate reporting.
• Talent Development: Lead and improve orientation, onboarding, and HR-related training initiatives for employees and leaders.
• Employee Relations: Support employee experience, communication, engagement, and retention efforts across facilities.
• Compliance & Partnerships: Assist with HR compliance, documentation, personnel file standards, audits, and recordkeeping, partnering with payroll, benefits, leave administration, and operations teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with a professional HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in HR operations, compliance, onboarding, and training functions, with a strong preference for backgrounds in healthcare, long-term care, or multi-site organizations.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills; ability to influence leaders and manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
