This is a part-time Trash Collector position at Ally Waste Services, a premium valet trash and recycling provider servicing properties throughout the United States. This role is crucial as valets are the main workers responsible for meeting client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Mission: Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to dumpsters to meet client needs and promote cleaner communities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Collection: Collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps.
• Transportation: Transport collected trash bags to the designated dumpster.
• Reporting: Take and email pictures for daily reports.
• Safety: Utilize provided personal protective equipment (PPE) during shifts.
• Movement: Engage in physical activity by walking up and down stairs each day.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. No prior experience is required for this role.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is necessary.
• Skills:
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours per shift.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs.
• Possession of a smartphone.
• Possession of an open bed pickup truck.
