What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver High-Quality Work: Produce work that consistently meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness, ensuring all contributions are precise and delivered within deadlines.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with team members to foster cooperation and efficient information exchange, actively organizing individual work activities to align with overall project plans.
• Provide Client Data: Furnish specific information or data to external clients as defined and directed by a more senior colleague, ensuring precise and authorized data sharing.
• Manage Client Interactions: Share transactional information, answer basic questions regarding data or reports, and handle data sharing and requests, appropriately escalating client needs to manage expectations and further client relationships.
• Support Business Development: Participate in the business development efforts of senior colleagues, including attending client calls and meetings, and preparing initial drafts for sections of proposals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification is a relevant first (Bachelor’s) degree. This role is intended for an experienced analyst, implying a solid foundational understanding in a business or related domain.
• Experience: Previous relevant business experience is expected, demonstrating an ability to apply standard solutions and product offerings pertinent to a service line or expertise area within a consulting environment.
• Skills: Proficient in understanding and applying standard solutions and product offerings, knows how to identify and apply appropriate tools, techniques, or procedures for assigned work, and recognizes similarities between a client’s business and others within its industry.
