What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead and empower the restaurant team, fostering a thriving environment for talent and operational excellence.
• Drive: Drive financial results by managing inventory, labor, and financial controls effectively.
• Ensure: Ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience through a commitment to quality food and service.
• Develop: Mentor, coach, and train team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Oversee: Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth functioning within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a minimum of 18 years of age. Managerial career level with core domain knowledge in restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations, including financial management. A valid Driver’s License is required.
• Experience: 2+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or retail setting, with proven success managing financials. Skilled in operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments and experienced with inventory, labor, and financial controls.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, operational strength, guest focus, team development, and clear communication skills including conflict resolution and providing direction.
• Bonus: Motivated, energetic, results-focused, and eager to learn and advance professionally with a growth mindset.
