Explera Vacations is an IATA-certified travel house that specializes in crafting comprehensive travel journeys, from initial quoting and booking to intricate visa coordination and ongoing traveler support for its Hotels & Holidays department. The TL;DR

• Location: In-house, Surat (SDB or L. H. Road office)

• Team: Hotels & Holidays department
• Mission: To provide essential operational support, learning how real journeys are meticulously built, from initial inquiries through to post-trip follow-up, ensuring smooth and coordinated travel experiences.
• Tech Stack: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Booking portals (training provided)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Consultant Support: Assist consultants with detailed itinerary research, preparing quotes, and confirming bookings for various travel packages.
• Operational Learning: Shadow the visa and flights desks to comprehensively learn each procedural step involved in managing a traveler’s file.
• Content Management: Help maintain and update destination and hotel content, ensuring accuracy and relevance for traveler information.
• Traveller Assistance: Provide support for traveller communication, addressing inquiries and providing assistance both before and during trips.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing or completed graduation in any stream; this role is ideally suited for students or freshers.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, but candidates must demonstrate reliability and a strong willingness to learn travel operational processes.
• Skills: Good communication abilities for interacting with colleagues and travellers, basic proficiency in spreadsheet applications, and a genuine curiosity about the travel industry. Proficiency in Gujarati or Hindi, along with basic English, is also required.
• Bonus: A background or current studies in a tourism or hospitality-related academic stream are a distinct advantage.
