What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Planning & Alignment: Consolidate global, regional, and category priorities into a unified market marketing plan, coordinating all annual, half-year, and quarterly planning cycles.
• Budget & Investment Planning: Support budget allocation, phasing, and tracking across initiatives, building business cases for incremental investments and managing trade-off decisions.
• Go-To-Market Program Development: Support Category teams in 4P planning at the market level, translating priorities into actionable, consistent, and sequenced marketing programs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the planning interface between various marketing, sales, and insights teams, preparing leadership inputs and ensuring market and customer voice in planning.
• Execution & Performance Tracking: Ensure marketing plans are execution-ready with clear priorities and KPIs, tracking progress against plan, and supporting corrective actions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Executive-level experience in marketing, marketing program management, or category management.
• Experience: 15+ years of total experience, with a proven ability to manage complex planning cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Skills: Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and investment trade-offs, a structured and analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience working in a large multinational tech organization.
