• Mission: To support showroom operations, administrative tasks, and market preparations to facilitate sales and gain practical fashion industry experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sample Management: Monitor and track the inventory of samples to ensure proper presentation and availability.
• Sales Support: Assist sales representatives with the completion of order confirmations, order maintenance, and note-taking during showroom appointments.
• Showroom Operations: Prepare the showroom for market weeks, maintain its appearance, and unpack, steam, and merchandise collections upon delivery.
• Database & Administration: Learn and utilize industry database programs such as Showroom Exchange, NuOrder, and Joor, alongside performing daily administrative tasks like organization and filing.
• Market & Trade Show Participation: Participate in market preparations by booking appointments and assist with booth setup and breakdown at fashion trade shows.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university and able to receive course credit for participation. Candidates should be passionate about pursuing a career in the fashion industry.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including using Excel for tracking sales data.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive thinking to identify opportunities and take initiative when needed.
