Luxor Healthcare operates multiple skilled nursing communities, and this position is critical for overseeing their maintenance programs. The role ensures the physical plant operations across these communities are efficient, compliant, and proactive in maintaining assets and equipment longevity.

• Mission: This role is critical for maintaining the physical plant and operational integrity of multiple skilled nursing communities in the Saint Louis region.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversight: Direct and manage all aspects of the physical plant across multiple skilled nursing communities.
• Operations: Supervise the day-to-day execution of the maintenance program.
• Maintenance: Implement proactive preventative maintenance strategies to extend asset life and ensure equipment functionality.
• Budgeting: Manage and maintain a realistic budget for supplies, materials, and vendor expenses, covering both routine and non-routine costs.
• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities and physical plant operations adhere to current DOH and CMS regulations and requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level professional with expertise in skilled nursing community environments.
• Experience: 3 years of experience working within or with Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) communities.
• Skills: Working knowledge of DOH and CMS regulations, electrical systems, mechanical systems, low voltage, and budget management.
