The Tone:
This is a full-time role at an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchisee in the United States. This franchisee operates within the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry, striving daily to deliver exceptional quality, service, cleanliness, and value to guests. This role is crucial for setting high operational standards, fostering a positive work environment where crew members can thrive, and driving the restaurant’s overall success and profitability.

• Team: Reports directly to the Area Supervisor.
• Mission: Ensure the restaurant operates safely and profitably, consistently meeting high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and value for both guests and crew.
• Tech Stack: Basic computer skills

What You’ll Actually Do
• Set Standards: Establish and uphold exemplary standards for hospitality, health, safety, service, quality, and accuracy for every guest and co-worker interaction.
• Oversee Operations: Manage the cleanliness of equipment, cooking, prep, and dining areas, while ensuring supplies, ingredients, and paper goods are organized, well-stocked, and crew are scheduled effectively.
• Drive Profitability: Ensure the restaurant’s safety and profitability by adhering to the Glaser Group’s Business Plan and achieving operational goals and metrics.
• Financial & Administrative Management: Handle daily and weekly deposits, manage payroll, maintain safe accountability, and conduct audits, including producing manager schedules.
• Lead Department Initiatives: Collaborate with Kitchen, Guest Service, and People Department Managers on initiatives such as food safety checks, operational metrics, guest satisfaction, team training, and talent development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial experience in the quick service restaurant industry, with a minimal age of 25.
• Experience: Prior McDonald’s managerial experience or equivalent in another quick service restaurant is required. Must be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.
• Skills: Basic knowledge and application of computer skills.
• Bonus: Bilingual, with a strong ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish.
