What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Integrity: Critically evaluate all financial transactions by applying an appropriate level of professional skepticism to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial standards.
• General Ledger Management: Accurately post General Ledger journal entries, ensuring strict compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements.
• Cash Operations: Precisely post daily cash transactions and systematically prepare comprehensive weekly cash reports for management review.
• Financial Reconciliations: Systematically perform regular balance sheet line item and bank reconciliations, ensuring their completion serves as a key financial internal control and provides meaningful financial management information to finance business partners.
• Close & Audit Support: Provide crucial assistance with month-end and year-end close processes, respond to internal and external audit requests, and support various ad hoc financial projects as required.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold an Accounting or Finance Degree, suitable for an Entry-Level opportunity.
• Experience: New graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience, including specific experience in a GL Leader capacity.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong proficiency with SAP, which is utilized as the primary enterprise resource planning system.
• Bonus: Prior exposure or familiarity with Oracle, HFN, and Blackline is considered advantageous, particularly for tasks involving financial reconciliation.
