Ikigai Cases is a family-owned e-commerce business that has rapidly grown to multi-seven figure annual sales, specializing in premium metal pill cases and shipping thousands monthly. This Operations Intern role is critical for upholding the company’s commitment to white-glove service, ensuring customers receive orders quickly and with the highest level of care through in-house fulfillment. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience in the daily operations of a scaling e-commerce business, directly alongside the founders, providing insights not typically found in a classroom setting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare customer orders for timely shipment with the highest level of care.
• Inventory Management: Track and maintain accurate inventory records and supply levels.
• Operational Support: Assist founders with various general day-to-day operational tasks.
• Business Operations: Step in wherever needed to keep overall business operations running smoothly.
