This is a full-time, on-site role at Congressional Country Club. The company is a community of excellence, setting the standard in golf and hospitality as the host of four Major Championships and future events. This role is crucial for executing a best-in-class retail operation, partnering closely with the Director of Retail to balance exceptional member service with strong merchandising and operational execution. The position directly contributes to delivering an exceptional member experience across all touchpoints within a nationally recognized retail operation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Service: Deliver world-class service through meaningful interactions with members and guests.
• Visual Merchandising: Create and uphold visually compelling, “best of the best” retail displays.
• Inventory Management: Utilize the Jonas POS system to manage SKUs, pricing, merchandise receiving, and execute reorders.
• Order Fulfillment: Manage the full special-order process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication.
• Strategy Partnership: Partner with the Director of Retail on product assortment and buying strategies for various retail areas.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail.
• Experience: Proven ability in inventory management, visual presentation, and operational execution.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach with a sense of ownership.
• Bonus: Private club experience is preferred.
