The Tone:
This is an internship position at Playfly Sports, located in Orlando, Florida. Playfly Sports is a full-service sports marketing and media company that enables brands to connect with sports fans at local, regional, and national levels through various media and experiential assets. This role is crucial for supporting the Partnership Services Team by ensuring outstanding service at university athletic events, assisting with daily corporate engagements, and contributing to the overall success of university sports properties.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $15 hourly
• Team: Partnership Services; supporting Client Services and Sales staff
• Mission: Ensure the success of university sports property by assisting with corporate involvements and gameday responsibilities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist Client Services and Sales staff with game day tasks including plaza setup, breakdown, on-site promotions, and on-field presentation fulfillment.
• Execute: Help carry out all hospitality elements and events on game days and non-game days.
• Document: Take photos and maintain an accurate image library of promotions, signage, events, and contractual obligations for annual recaps.
• Manage: Track, maintain, and organize game day inventory to ensure preparedness for events.
• Serve: Provide high-quality customer service and clear communication while interacting with fans, partners, and other vendors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level with a genuine interest in sports.
• Experience: Commitment for a minimum of one full school year.
• Skills: Responsible, motivated, and comfortable interacting with fans, partners, and vendors. Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a willingness to participate in multiple events. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and possession of reliable transportation.
• Bonus: Event or customer service experience is strongly desired.
