Assistant Manager | Domino’s

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at MBR Management, a locally owned franchise of Domino’s, located in O’Fallon, United States. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient daily operations, driving business performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Assistant Manager will lead a team and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment, while also assisting in their hiring, training, and development.
• Operational Management and Compliance: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and strict adherence to company standards, procedures, and all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Inventory and Quality Control: Manage inventory levels, implement cost control measures, and maintain robust quality assurance processes for products and services.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service, proactively addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Strategic Support and Administration: Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving performance and achieving business goals, and handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Core domain knowledge in retail or food service operations.
• Experience: Proven leadership experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate and inspire team members; detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities; customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service; proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems; ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with rapid operational demands; problem-solving skills and the capacity to make quick, effective decisions; flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance; ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Bonus: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in the industry.
