The company undertakes a full spectrum of new and retrofit construction projects for industrial, food processing, commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-fuel clients. This internship provides vital support across various company operations while offering a hands-on opportunity for individuals to apply academic knowledge and gain professional experience.
The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, Indiana
• Mission: Provide support across various company functions, gaining practical experience in engineering, project management, technical, business services, accounting, or clerical operations.
• Tech Stack: AutoCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Professional Learning: Learn the core responsibilities and practices specific to your desired profession within the company.
• Administrative Support: Fulfill necessary administrative duties around the office to ensure smooth operations.
• Knowledge Application: Incorporate academic knowledge gained from your studies into practical, hands-on work experiences.
• Technical Tool Usage: Work directly with industry-standard design software, specifically AutoCAD or REVIT, for various project-related tasks.
• Professional Collaboration: Work closely with and provide direct support to senior professionals, assisting them with ongoing projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an academic program (High School or University).
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, self-direction and ability to work without supervision, eagerness to tackle new projects and ideas, and willingness to learn new skills.
