What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training sessions to build foundational knowledge.
• Understanding: Cultivate a deep understanding of the overall operations and functions within your assigned department.
• Mentorship: Actively engage with leadership to receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback on performance.
• Compliance: Maintain a steadfast commitment to safety by adhering strictly to all applicable safety policies and complying with company procedures and standards.
• Support: Execute various additional duties and projects as assigned to support departmental objectives and overall company goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals currently enrolled in a college program.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required; emphasis is on current enrollment in a college program.
• Skills: Self-motivation with a strong work ethic, basic computer proficiency, good written and verbal communication skills, effective time management and organizational abilities, basic math calculations and the ability to read, write, and understand work instructions.
