Transactions and Operations Manager | Trusted Capital Homes
The Tone:
This is a full-time, on-site role at Trusted Capital Homes, a rapidly growing real estate investment firm. The company specializes in various investment strategies, including wholesale acquisitions, fix-and-flip projects, property acquisitions and dispositions, and refinance transactions. This role is crucial for ensuring all real estate transactions progress smoothly from contract to closing, organizing projects, and enhancing operational efficiency as the company scales.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Coordination: Manage residential real estate transactions from contract execution through closing, overseeing various investment strategies.
• Client & Vendor Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain consistent communication with all transaction partners to deliver a positive experience.
• Renovation & Project Operations: Coordinate renovation activities from property acquisition through resale, tracking schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Refinance Management: Oversee refinance transactions from application through funding, collaborating with lenders, title companies, and appraisers to meet all requirements.
• Operations & Process Improvement: Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor deal pipeline, and recommend workflow improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Possesses 2+ years of experience in transaction coordination, escrow, title, real estate operations, or a related field, with proven experience managing residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in transaction coordination, escrow, title, real estate operations, or a related field, including working knowledge of wholesale real estate, investment acquisitions, fix-and-flip projects, or refinance transactions.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Bonus: Experience working with real estate investment companies, familiarity with distressed property transactions, knowledge of construction or renovation project coordination, and the ability to identify process improvements and streamline operational workflows.
