What You’ll Actually Do
• Professional Development & Application: Actively learn the responsibilities associated with your desired profession, while simultaneously incorporating academic knowledge into meaningful hands-on work experience within the company.
• Technical Software Operation: Utilize industry-standard design software, specifically AutoCAD or REVIT, to contribute to various project requirements and technical tasks.
• Administrative & Office Support: Fulfill essential administrative duties around the office, ensuring efficient daily operations and contributing to overall team productivity.
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with and provide dedicated support to senior professionals across various potential departments such as engineering, project management, technical, and business services.
• Safety & Compliance: Complete all required safety training to maintain a secure working environment and understand industry regulations relevant to construction operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must be currently attending an academic program, whether at the High School or University level, demonstrating a foundational commitment to learning and professional growth.
• Experience: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Proficiency in fundamental computer skills is required, including adept use of Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation, presentations, and data management.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication is essential for effective interaction within a professional setting. The successful intern will be self-directed and capable of working effectively without constant supervision, possessing an energetic and eager approach to tackling new projects and ideas. A strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving responsibilities is crucial. Regular and reliable attendance, including the flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required by project demands, is also a key expectation.
