What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Onboarding & Support: Monitor newly onboarded customers and provide day-to-day operational follow-up.
• Recommendation Quality Assessment: Review the quality of candidate recommendations for customer accounts, identifying fit gaps or matching issues.
• Pattern Analysis: Analyze patterns in recommendation quality, customer needs, and candidate fit.
• Client Engagement: Lead client meetings to ensure clear and smooth communication with customers.
• Operational & Experience Improvement: Support enhancements to operational workflows, recommendation quality, and overall customer experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in recruiting or customer-facing AI products.
• Experience: Prior internship experience in a client-facing or recruiting role is required.
• Skills: Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting; strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize findings and insights; ability to learn quickly.
• Bonus: Backgrounds or strong interest in data analytics, operations, or AI product.
