Office Services Manager | Silverado

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Silverado, located in Northshore. The TL;DR

• Pay: $70000–$80000 yearly
• Team: Reports to Administrator, supervises receptionists
• Mission: This role ensures the smooth and compliant operation of administrative and HR functions, fostering a positive environment for associates and residents.

What You’ll Actually Do
• HR Management: Maintain all team member personnel information and meticulously manage on-site HR recordkeeping and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Associate Lifecycle: Oversee the entire associate lifecycle, encompassing pre-hire activities, comprehensive new team member onboarding and orientation, and offboarding procedures for a seamless experience.
• Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll, collaborating with relevant teams to maintain strict compliance with all applicable employment and payroll regulations.
• Financial Administration: Manage community financial operations, including the reconciliation and submission of community expenses, careful tracking of p-card charges and petty cash, and ordering necessary office supplies while maintaining budget sheets.
• Operational Support: Supervise and manage the scheduling and performance of reception staff, assist associates with technology needs, and partner with the Administrator to promote high engagement and morale, ensuring all community licenses and certificates are current and compliant.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating comprehensive domain knowledge in business office management and human resources.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of preferred experience in business office management, complemented by at least 2 years of human resources experience with a strong understanding of employment and payroll laws, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience focusing on coaching and team development.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and effective verbal and written communication in English to support diverse stakeholders.
• Bonus: A comfort and willingness to work around animals and community pets, and the flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
