Team Operations and Equipment Intern (Fall 2026) | Rhode Island FC
The Tone:
This is a fall internship at Rhode Island FC, located in Pawtucket, RI, with approximate dates from August 15-30th, 2026 through November 27, 2026. Rhode Island FC is the premier professional soccer club in Rhode Island, competing in the USL Championship, one of the fastest-growing professional leagues in North America. The club is a movement built on community, passion, and the love of the global game, dedicated to representing the spirit of the Ocean State. This role is essential for assisting the Club with all aspects of team operations, providing critical support to the Technical Staff during competitions and daily activities for the men’s professional soccer team.
The TL;DR

• Type: Part-time (no more than 28 hours per week, for college credit only)

• Team: Supports the Technical Staff of Rhode Island FC, a men’s pro soccer club playing in the USL Championship.
• Mission: Ensures seamless daily operations and logistical support for the men’s professional soccer team to facilitate successful competitions and training.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft applications, current technologies
What You’ll Actually Do
• Administration: Assist with the general daily administration of the club, maintaining efficient office and team functions.
• Logistics: Coordinate player and trialist transportation, along with planning and executing team travel arrangements.
• Equipment Management: Prepare and organize all necessary equipment for game days and daily training sessions.
• Facility Support: Set up and maintain player locker rooms, including managing player meal arrangements.
• Training Preparation: Support the Technical Staff, players, and other support staff with daily preparations for training sessions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, eligible to receive college credit. This is an entry-level internship.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with current technologies.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, knowledge of current technologies.
• Bonus: Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
