What You’ll Actually Do

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree and possess the required Kentucky Department of Education certification specific to this assigned position, demonstrating foundational knowledge in education and relevant subject matter for band direction.
• Experience: Show a proven capability to engage and work effectively with students in an educational or extracurricular setting, alongside a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and faculty members.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with diverse groups of students, parents, and faculty; effective verbal and written communication abilities; and skills in student management and fostering productive learning environments.
