• Mission: This role is dedicated to supporting organizational integrity by systematically researching, identifying, and documenting federal, state, accreditation, and funder requirements, ensuring all operational areas maintain compliance within the complex landscape of educational and behavioral health frameworks.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct comprehensive research on federal and state regulatory, accreditation, and funder requirements to ensure the organization’s operations adhere to all applicable guidelines.
• Identify: Pinpoint and clearly identify the highest-level requirements that are directly applicable to each distinct operational area within Devereux.
• Document: Systematically document these identified highest-level requirements, creating clear records that support organizational compliance efforts.
• Collaborate: Engage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization to synthesize research findings into actionable insights and practical recommendations for implementation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Education, Psychology, or another related field, aligning with the organization’s focus on behavioral health and educational frameworks.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required. However, applicants must demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, which are essential for identifying and documenting complex regulatory requirements.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams and synthesizing findings effectively. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities is also crucial for success in this role, ensuring efficient progression of research and documentation tasks.
