What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Performance: Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives by leading the team.
• Cultivate Relationships: Manage and grow professional customer relationships and sales, including building and holding the team accountable to executing customer action plans.
• Develop Talent: Lead the selection, hiring, development, performance management, coaching, scheduling, and engagement of store team members.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee the execution of all inventory and operational standards within the store.
• Guide Service: Coach all team members to deliver on customer expectations for both DIY and professional clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager career level with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and working knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 team members in a fast-paced retail environment, with proven financial and business acumen.
• Skills: Ability to analyze business reports (P&L), execute and train on all store operational processes, manage POS and parts lookup systems, hold others accountable and provide inspiring feedback, and communicate effectively in English.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area, ASE certification, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, and Spanish language skills are preferred.
