Studio Team Leader | TriSearch
The Tone:
This is an hourly, non-exempt role located at two gym locations in Centennial and Aurora/Littleton, Colorado. TriSearch is hiring for a company that builds inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experiences rooted in a culture of unity, passion, love, integrity, fun, and trust. This role is essential for creating an uplifting member experience, maximizing studio usage, and ensuring that key performance indicators related to studio memberships and class counts are achieved. The Studio Team Leader is critical to developing a high-performing team that enables members to achieve their fitness goals through a world-class experience.
The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, Centennial and Aurora/Littleton, CO
• Pay: $21.00 per hour + Bonus and Commission Opportunities. Class Rates paid at $35.00 per hour.
• Team: Leads a team of Studio Coaches/Instructors
• Mission: Create an uplifting experience, offer inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experiences, and maximize studio usage by achieving key performance indicators.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing Studio Coach/Instructor team, establishing a culture that adheres to core values and drives accountability through attracting, hiring, coaching, and maximizing engagement.
• Membership Growth: Drive the acquisition of new studio members and improve the retention of existing studio members, contributing to and exceeding monthly studio membership sales targets.
• Studio Management: Create competitive, on-trend, and convenient class schedules that adhere to scheduling standards while ensuring consistently professional appearance and behavior from instructors and maintaining safe, clean studio spaces.
• Community Building: Foster an approachable, supportive, and connected community for Studio Coaches/Instructors and members by interacting in a friendly, fun, energetic, and inclusive way, and providing coaching for growth.
• Member Experience: Form personal relationships with members to attract new participants and ensure members receive an exceptional experience and the best value across all studio spaces during every visit.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial role with experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching, or performing in front of groups of people.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience teaching Group Fitness, Small Group Training classes, and/or boutique fitness classes; applicable and transferable management experience preferred.
• Skills: National Group Fitness Certification or NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certificate, Current CPR/AED Certification, general knowledge of kinesiology, exercise science, and physical fitness, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, great problem-solving and communication skills, self-motivated with high ownership, sense of urgency, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Bonus: Yoga credential, sales experience, willingness to obtain a Nationally Preferred PT Certification within 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
