What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordination: Coordinate the entire employee onboarding process from start to finish.
• Documentation: Prepare and distribute onboarding documents, new hire materials, and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Scheduling: Schedule orientation sessions and onboarding meetings for new employees.
• Support: Assist new hires with onboarding forms, system access, and respond to onboarding-related questions.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, IT, payroll, and hiring managers to ensure a unified and smooth onboarding experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, administration, customer service, or similar roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS platforms.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, excellent attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, capacity to work independently in a remote environment, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a professional and confidential mindset.
• Bonus: Internship or entry-level HR experience, familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems, experience supporting onboarding or recruitment processes, knowledge of employment documentation and HR best practices, or an interest in employee experience and talent operations.
