What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide essential production services to client operations through administrative tasks, including data entry, document processing, and scanning.
• Document Handling: Accurately receive and manage documents presented in both electronic and hard copy formats.
• Information Verification: Process various documents by strictly adhering to internal guidelines and actively identifying any missing or incomplete information.
• Data Management: Accurately identify the type and purpose of documents to contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive information database.
• Client Interaction: Deliver excellent customer service as a key part of your daily responsibilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position requiring a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning; experience in providing customer service is also required.
• Skills: Proficient in accurate data entry and document processing. Possesses strong attention to detail for identifying gaps in required information. Capable of passing a basic background check. Must hold legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.
