The Tone:
This is a full-time, onsite role at one of Atlanta’s most respected Financial Services firms, located in Buckhead. The company provides essential financial guidance and services to its clients. This position is a critical opportunity for a recent college graduate aiming to build a career in finance by supporting high-performing Financial Advisors and their clients. The Administrative Assistant will enhance the client experience by providing comprehensive operational, service, and administrative support. Success in this role comes from developing a strong understanding of the firm’s processes, systems, and service standards, enabling efficient issue resolution and outstanding service delivery.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Meeting Coordination: Coordinate, schedule, and meticulously track client meetings for Financial Advisors.
• Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, account updates, and general service requests.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure accurate maintenance of account documentation.
• Marketing Assistance: Assist Advisors with marketing initiatives, client outreach, and event coordination efforts.
• Data Management: Manage and update the CRM database, tracking leads and preparing essential sales and activity reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A recent college graduate seeking to launch a career in finance.
• Experience: No specific years required, but candidates should be recent college graduates.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Internship or previous administrative experience preferred.
