What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecasting: Assist with basic financial forecasting, reporting, and tracking of key operational metrics.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Report Preparation: Help prepare clear, easy-to-understand reports and summaries for management and clients.
• Communication: Communicate financial information and insights to internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Variance Explanation: Compare actual results against budgets and forecasts and help explain differences.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a role involving numbers, data analysis, or reporting is preferred, including internships.
• Skills: Strong interest in working with numbers, excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfort with Excel and other basic office tools, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Bonus: A positive attitude and desire to grow within a team-oriented environment.
