What You’ll Actually Do
• Educate clients: Provide clear guidance to callers regarding their benefits, system navigation, and all related processes.
• Process transactions: Manage enrollment-related transactions and ensure complete resolution of any issues that arise.
• Research requests: Investigate customer requests thoroughly and provide timely follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assist with projects: Support company projects and complete administrative tasks as assigned.
• Navigate platforms: Efficiently use multiple screens and platforms, including AI-assisted resources, Microsoft Teams, and client portals, for accurate documentation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma; foundational knowledge in customer service and benefits education.
• Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, conversational ability, exceptional resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and a consistent positive attitude.
