What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Generation: Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative approach, identifying customer financial needs and offering appropriate products and services.
• Customer Engagement: Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales, strengthening existing relationships and initiating new ones.
• Loan Facilitation: Identify opportunities for consumer loans, accept applications, and facilitate loan closings while working effectively with the centralized underwriting department.
• Account Servicing: Open and process various deposit accounts, assist customers with questions and concerns, and manage day-to-day banking needs and problem resolution.
• Expert Guidance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Arvest products, digital services, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice and support customer usage.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is a leveled position beginning at Level 1, requiring a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Experience: Demonstrated sales and customer service experience is preferred, along with prior financial service provider experience.
• Skills: Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration is required, or the ability to be registered within 30 days of hire.
• Bonus: A college degree is preferred.
