What You’ll Actually Do

• Create Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Support Solutions: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into effective solutions.
• Facilitate Delivery: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
