As a Central Admin Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of critical tax processes and systems. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of firm tax applications, data management, and electronic filings, playing a key part in the firm’s commitment to client service and team success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Entry: Assist with accurate data entry within the firm’s specialized tax applications.
• System Management: Maintain and update critical information within the tax due date system.
• Request Resolution: Manage and respond to staff requests related to the tax due date system.
• Electronic Filing: E-file extensions and tax returns using electronic software, including troubleshooting any emerging issues.
• Administrative Projects: Support various administrative projects, including complex assignments, for specific teams or industry groups.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating fundamental academic achievement for this administrative support role.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of prior administrative experience is preferred, providing a foundation in office procedures and support functions.
• Skills: Possess superior verbal and written communication skills, crucial for clear interactions with staff and clients, alongside a strong focus on client service. The role demands the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while strictly maintaining confidentiality. Solid technical proficiency, including comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), is also essential for daily tasks.
