What You’ll Actually Do
• Gather: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Report: Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Support: Support senior business analysts in requirement analysis and solution design.
• Coordinate: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience, with a basic understanding of data analysis and business metrics, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skills: Knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis), basic knowledge of SQL or databases, understanding of business processes and workflows, and good communication and documentation skills.
• Bonus: Academic projects or internships in Business Analysis / Data Analysis, exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio, a basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies, knowledge of requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories), or online certifications in Business Analysis or Data Analytics.
