What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data, ensuring its readiness for analysis and model development.
• Analysis & Insights: Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis to identify significant trends and actionable insights from various datasets.
• Model Development: Build and rigorously evaluate machine learning models, working closely with senior guidance to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop comprehensive dashboards, insightful reports, and clear data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Database Interaction: Work proficiently with SQL databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze necessary data for various project requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or a related quantitative field. This is an entry-level position focused on building a career in data science, machine learning, and AI for recent graduates.
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience, welcoming freshers who demonstrate strong ML fundamentals through academic projects or relevant internships.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of Python, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn, understanding of SQL and database concepts, solid knowledge of statistics, probability, and machine learning fundamentals, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
• Bonus: Prior internship or significant academic projects in Data Science or Machine Learning, and a basic understanding of AI, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
