Project Planner I | Resolian

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Planning and Execution: Support the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of client projects from study initiation through to completion.
• Project Tracking & Communication: Prepare, track, and distribute all essential project documentation, while also monitoring timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure efficient progress.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams (laboratory operations, project management, finance, sales) and support the resolution of client requests and inquiries.
• Financial Administration: Partner with laboratory and finance teams to support accurate and timely client invoicing, verify project details, and maintain complete and accurate project records.
• Compliance & Process Enhancement: Ensure project activities adhere to company SOPs, quality standards, and established timelines, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, laboratory operations, research, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Bonus: Previous experience in a regulated laboratory, research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environment; familiarity with project management software and database systems; exposure to client-facing support; and a basic understanding of GLP, GCP, GMP, or other regulated environments.
